The Candour team comprises directors John Nelson, Bryan Mabon, Andy McGowan, and advisers John Paul Farrell and William Ross.

We also enjoy a partnership with one of the largest combined estate agents and solicitors in Central Scotland, Caesar & Howie, who base their Alloa estate agents service from our Primrose street office. We aim to offer the very best independent advice service, where we can give face to face expertise in the comfort of your own home or our shop at 2 Primrose Street, Alloa.
Managing Director John Nelson (CERT.PFS), who has lived locally in Fishcross for over twelve years, was previously district manager of CIS offices in Bath, and the Stirling branch over the last decade, and is delighted to be at the forefront of a local service in the resurgent Clackmannanshire area.
He is joined by fellow director Bryan Mabon (CERT.PFS, Cert Mgmt (Open) Aff.SWW), of Tillicoultry, an adviser with over 15 years service in financial services Bryan is able to offer the benefit of his wealth of experience.
Also a director, Andy McGowan (CERT.PFS, BA Marketing & Communication), originally from Saltcoats but now a Clackmannanshire resident, he joined CIS’ Kilmarnock branch on leaving university and worked his way up to position of sales manager in the Stirling branch, before setting up Candour with John at the end of 2005.
Financial adviser John Paul Farrell (CERT.PFS) a Clackmannan local now living in Bonnybridge, who has worked as an adviser for the past 8 years in the Dunfermline area.
Our newest recruit is financial adviser William Ross, he has over 15 years experience in financial services and was previously a well known adviser locally with CIS, William is a welcomed addition to Candour IFA's.
